Leadership has always fascinated me.

For more than two decades, I’ve worked alongside CEOs, founders, presidents, and executive leadership teams across North America, Latin America, and Europe. From regional headquarters to global organizations, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the conversations, decisions, and challenges that shape businesses and the people who lead them.

What fascinated me most wasn’t what made these leaders different. It was what made them remarkably similar. Different cultures. Different industries. Different business models. Yet the same leadership questions continued to emerge.
